Directions - From Totnes take the A385 sigposted to Paignton After approximately 4 miles take the A3022 towards Paignton town. After Paignton Zoo turn right onto Hayes Road which merges to Penwill Way. Continue on this road until you reach the traffic lights on the Dartmouth Road with the leisure centre on your right. Turn left onto the Dartmouth road and at the roundabout take the second exit onto Whitstone Road. Continue until you get to the next roundabout and take the second exit onto Proceed over the level crossing and continue to the end of the road then turn right onto Esplanade Road and then at the mini roundabout turn left into Roundham Road.
