Coverack is a picturesque fishing village on the south-east coast of the Lizard Peninsula. Once a notorious smugglers haunt, the village is now known for its peace and tranquility where fishing is carried on as a way of life from the ancient harbour. Follow this road and at the junction turn left and then almost immediately right to Ponsongath and Gwenter. Pass through the hamlet of Ponsongath towards Gwenter. Take the third turning on the left hand side marked ‘The Barrow’.
