These guidelines are here to make sure your feedback can be published and is useful to other renters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Before your review is published<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every review is checked before it goes live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We review submissions to make sure they meet our guidelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If anything needs changing, we\u2019ll contact you and give you the chance to update your review<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If changes aren\u2019t made, your review won\u2019t be published<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This helps ensure reviews are clear, respectful and genuinely useful to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Guidelines<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Be honest, clear and helpful<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your review should reflect your own experience of living at the development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Share specific details about what it\u2019s like to live there<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Try to include both positives and any areas for improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure your review is clear and easy to understand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To help keep reviews useful, we ask for a minimum level of detail rather than very short comments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Keep it respectful<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We want reviews to feel safe and fair for everyone. Please don\u2019t include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offensive or abusive language<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal attacks or insults<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Threatening or discriminatory comments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anything illegal or inappropriate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a review includes this type of content, it won\u2019t be published.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Ensure your review reflects your own, genuine experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your review should be your own words and your own opinion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Don\u2019t copy from other reviews or websites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don\u2019t include marketing or promotional content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don\u2019t advertise businesses or services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reviews that aren\u2019t original may be removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.
