The land comprises approximately 158.86 acres or thereabouts of woodland, scrub and grassland.
There is approximately 43 acres of mixed woodland, primarily on the northern escarpment of the land which falls away from a relatively level plateau steeply down towards Glentramman House and the neighbouring properties. On the top of the escarpment there is an area of approximately 38 acres of gorse and rough grazing which lies on the eastern boundary which is also delineated by a steam running along the glen bottom.
The remainder of the land comprising 77 acres is grassland interspersed with some gorse but in the main good usable land.
The land is well fenced and there is a spring on the site. Access to water is also available from the stream within the glen.
SCHEDULE OF LAND
The attached map shows approximately twenty numbered fields of varying areas around 2 to 10 acres each. Further details of field numbers and their areas can be given on request. The total area of all the fields, taken from an old survey is 158.863 acres.
