Description
An excellent development opportunity to create a dream home in an idyllic setting with single storey proposed accommodation extending to about 259 sq m (2,788 sq ft) - The consent is currently for two dwellings a three bedroomed semi-detached unit and a four bedroomed semi-detached unit. However, it is thought that one dwelling is also an option (subject to any appropriate planning changes) The architects and planning consultants are happy to discuss proposed options with interested parties. The existing barn is a substantial steel framed agricultural barn with class Q permitted development approval.
Occupying a stunning position with views over the adjoining land and countryside beyond, the barn enjoys easy access to the village of Ashreigney, A377 and A3124. The barn currently forms part of Eastyard Farm and will be divided with its own access. The barn is available for sale with circa 3.20 acres, or with more or less land, as required. Further barns with planning may also be available by separate negotiation. Details are available upon request. The land areas available can also be found on the enclosed land plan and the boundaries are flexible, subject to negotiation.
The plot is edged in red on the enclosed identification plan and extends to about 3.20 Acres - Guide Price £270,000
Class Q Consent was granted in March 2023 allowing 3 years for completion of the build. The current proposed accommodation can be found on the enclosed floorplans.
