On entering the hotel from the front through the glass doors there is a well-proportioned reception area with fireplace. In keeping with the character of the hotel the ground floor laid in a tartan carpet. The traditional lounge bar is very much at the heart of the hotel, comfortably furnished with an array of tables and seating including fixed and flexible seating as well as booths one of which is located next to the traditional fireplace. From the lounge bar, you are lead into the bright and spacious conservatory which stretches along the front of the hotel. This area is particularly popular for high teas and meals. There is an area of the conservatory that is currently used as a Conference/Meeting Room. On the left-hand side of the reception is a newly carpeted formal dining room which is used for breakfasts and evening meals. Externally there are parking spaces to the front of the hotel.

There are 13 rooms with en-suites. The bedrooms include televisions, access to the hotel Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities.

Other areas of the hotel include the large kitchen with walk-in chill along with dish wash area and freezer room. Other service areas include laundry, cellar and manager’s office. Ladies and gents toilets are well appointed off the public areas. The owner’s accommodation consists of a lounge/kitchen and one double bedroom and bathroom.

WEDDINGS:
The Grampian Hotel is a fabulous Scottish wedding venue for your special day. The function suite can accommodate up to 120 guests exclusively for a ceremony, reception and wedding breakfast and 170 guests for an evening reception.

EVENTS:
Birthday parties, retirals or leaving parties can have full use of the function suite with entertainment facilities.

Christmas and Hogmanay parties in the function with buffet and entertainment from a DJ and Scottish dancing. The function can be used for Christmas Office parties.

There is potential for race night events as the Perth Racecourse is nearby.
