2. Before the first occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted the window on the north west elevation shall be fitted with obscure glazing and fixed closed and the window shall be permanently retained in that condition thereafter. No further openings shall be introduced on the first floor north west elevation. Reason: To protect the privacy of the  occupants of the dwelling known as Laskeys Farm House and in accordance with Policy 12 of the Cornwall Local Plan Strategic Policies 2010-2030 and paragraph 17 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2012.
