The site is located adjacent to Dairyland Farmworld on the main A3058 between Newquay and the A30. The town of Newquay is approximately 5 miles (8 KM) to the North West and the A30 approximately 2 miles (3.2 KM) to the South East. Newquay is Cornwall's premier tourist destination providing a range of retail, business and leisure amenities and is noted for its extensive sandy beaches and surfing.

Dairyland Farmworld is a long established and popular visitor attraction with visitors being drawn from both the tourist population and the resident population throughout Cornwall.


The property comprises a relatively level site currently having two access points off the main road. It is made up of various areas and buildings to include a substantial period farmhouse (in need of renovation), agricultural/workshop buildings, yard areas and ancillary land.


Interested parties are advised to make their own enquiries regarding the position and availability of mains services. We understand that there is a 100 KVA transformer on site which currently serves the subject site only. We further understand that mains water is available in the main road in front of the property but that there is no mains drainage available.
