An application was made to the Sutton Borough Council in November 2016 (C2016/75867) for the retention of the existing house (2 Northwood Road) and the erection of five new dwellings (four 2-bedroomed houses and one 3 -bedroomed house) with associated vehicle access and car parking at rear, this application was refused.

A further Outline application for the erection of one 3-bedroomed and one 4-bedroomed detached houses with associated car parking at rear, was also refused in 2018 (DM2018/00007).

Neither application were taken to appeal and it's our opinion that a revised detailed application will be successful for housing, although all interested parties are to make their own enquires and details of the previous applications can be by going to the council website below.
