Situation - The land is situated on the north western edge of the village of Adfa adjacent to the community car park and backing onto open fields.

Directions - From Newtown town centre proceed over Longbridge turning right at the roundabout onto Commercial Street, fork left by the Church onto Llanfair Road. Continue on this road through the village of Tregynon and after 1 mile and passing over a bridge turn left signposted Adfa. Take the next left turn for Adfa and proceed to the village. Continue into the village and the land is located behind the community car park on the right hand side opposite the Tyre Garage and is accessed through the metal gate.
