Directions - From Manaccan drive down the hill towards Gillan and pass over the bridge. Follow the road round to the left and drive along and up out of the valley to Gillan. Ignore the turning to the right towards Trewothack and at the junction, turn left towards Gillan, drive down the hill and where the road bears sharply to the right, continue straight on (there is a Dovefields nameplate). Follow the road around to the right and the green garage for Dovefields will be seen on the right hand side.
Services - The availability of connection to mains water and electricity has not been checked. However, it is understood that mains water is situated in the adjacent road and mains electricity is close by. Private drainage to be installed.
