Conditions 8, 9, 10 and 12 have been discharged by Cornwall Council on 6th September 2011.

Drive for about 200 yards through the park and turn right passing under the railway (please note low bridge - there is an alternative vehicular route to the property). Immediately after going under the railway, turn left. Pass the terrace of cottages on the right. Continue for about a further 250 yards and The Mill Barn will be seen on the right hand side.
