Town And Country Planning - Detailed Planning Permission was granted on 15th December 2008 (application no. 08/01478) for the change of use of the The Mill Barn at Pill Farm to a dwelling. Restormel Borough Council (now Cornwall Council) Planning Control Section on 26th April 2006 stated that as a material commencement has taken place the consent is still extant. Conditions 8, 9, 10 and 12 have been discharged by Cornwall Council on 6th September 2011.
