Location, location, location!

With its commanding roadside position at the “Gateway” to the Highland Village of Killin the Falls of Dochart Inn is a popular Highland Country Inn believed to have its origins dating from 1720 overlooking the famous Falls. AMAZING RESULTS!™ Estate Agents are delighted to offer to the market an historic and long established “watering hole” and place of escape and refuge, oozing character throughout.

The appeal of the bar and restaurant facilities have always been to the fore and the 15 upgraded bedrooms bring the accommodation up to a “boutique” hotel standard. With the inclusion/availability of the Adjoining 3-bed s/c cottage and lodge development land with planning permission, adds an exciting facet to this whole attractive property.

The creation in 2016 of Falls Cottage to the self catering market is complimented by the consented lodge development to the rear. The coffee shop has also been fully refurbished and an additional small kitchen to service it, installed. The Falls of Dochart Inn currently trades on a seasonal basis only – closing over the winter – which gives an opportunity for, say, new owners to extend the season and grow the business.

The availability of the Falls of Dochart Inn and Falls Cottage offers the purchasers an excellent opportunity to acquire an established and rewarding business, with additional scope, including the development of the lodges.
