This is a traditional village pub or better still The Hub of the Community, with its long list of locals who support and drink there on a regular basis and not forgetting the foreigners, out of towners or holiday makers who flock to the area year in and year out, who love to travel around and sample the good local pubs and food that can so easily be found on Google or similar site.

Beamed ceilings in the bar areas downstairs and a wood burner, all help set the traditional scene for this popular local pub. There’s a large bar area with standing room, seats for those who are weary and need a rest after a long walk through the popular area of outstanding natural beauty that surrounds this village. Food can be served here and also in a separate dining area – but how you decide to arrange this pub is entirely down to you.

A fully fitted kitchen can be found behind the bar, with everything you need to cook your traditional pub grub.

A cellar holds all the barrels for your beers and other drinks that need to be kept out of the way.
There is a covered smoking area out the back, nicely tucked away from all the ex-smokers who resent them but who still wish they could joint them!

Also ample parking to the side of the pub which also has another use and can be used for special occasions. A marque can be erected and connected to the pub, where they have had black tie nights and grand dinners, which can hold up to 60 covers.
