The land is relatively flat with the exception of Lot 2 which rises from 24.2 metres above sea level to 64.5 metres above sea level. Travel south from the Humber Bridge along the A15, at the first roundabout take the second exit onto the A18 towards Humberside Airport. Carry on the A18 for approximately 16 miles.
