Tillicoultry is a small town located at the foot of the Ochil Hills in the heart of Central Scotland. The town is a popular location for commuters to nearby Stirling, Alloa and Dollar. With a population of about of 5,200 people the town has a high volume of passing trade on the A91 trunk road linking Stirling to Dollar and from there onto the M90 motorway at Kinross. An internal door leads to the Dry Storage Area with grey painted concrete floor and door through to an Office. There is also a toilet with wash hand basin and WC. The total floor area of the Preparation Areas and Office is about 85 m².
