Wath Town Hall is a grade 2 listed building originally built in 1770. The main building is of traditional brick construction under a cement rendered roof with a later brick built extension being added in the 1970s.

The future of the building is to be determined by Cabinet at a date yet to be decided.

Note
The car parking to the east of the site is not to make up part of the property although a right of way will be granted over the land as shown brown on the plan.

The area of green space immediately to the north of the building is used by the local community several times a year and any proposed transaction will need to take this into account.

A vehicular right of way exists across the south east corner of the site as shown blue on the attached plan A pedestrian right of way exists along the footpath as shown yellow on the plan.
