The Opportunity

Established in 2015, the current owners have created a brewing business which has capacity to substantially grow its free trade business, or provide the opportunity for an existing regional pub group or brewing company to create a regional presence in the Midlands and the North of the UK.
At present, Battlefield brews six beers for cask, keg and bottle as well as a craft lager. The range of products are of high quality and consistency and supplied to pubs, bars, restaurants and licensed retailers across the Midlands and Northwest of England. All products are casked, kegged and bottled in house.
The owners have Invested in technology both in the laboratory with full testing and analysis equipment allowing close control of the brewing and fermentation process as well as in the back office by implementing a dedicated software system that drives all administrative functions from sales to accounts, management information and compliance with HMRC duty requirements.
For new owners, there is the opportunity to further increase income by utilising the current 7,500sq ft of two floor areas into an entertaining and events space, a kitchen and bar that can serve brewery fresh Battlefield beer.
