APP/K1128/W/16/3156062) for the development of 32 dwellings at Garden Mill, Derby Road, Kingsbridge. The outline application included the consideration of access, appearance, layout and scale with only landscaping reserved for future consideration. A planning/technical pack is available upon request which includes all relevant planning documents and reports.

The proposal includes the provision of four affordable dwellings on the site - 1 shared ownership and 3 affordable rented. There is no CIL payments applicable to the approved application.
