Description

Directions
From Abergavenny proceed along the B4233 (Old Monmouth Road) towards Llanvapley. On leaving the village and adjacent to the National Speed Limit Sign and prior to '30mph' on the road surface, turn right along a part made track via a wooden gate with 'Little Ton Farm' sign, proceed for 200 metres and you shall enter onto the land.

Access
On entering the land keep right along the northern edge to a pair of wooden gates, cross over the 'Green Lane' via further wooden gates and this leads into the main block.

Tenure
The land is available on a Farm Business Tenancy commencing from the 11th November 2019 and expiring on the 30th September 2021.
All land must be returned to its original condition by 30th September 2021
The rent is to be paid, in advance, on a half yearly basis in equal instalments.
