The Land - The land lies from some 150 metres above sea level, rising to approximately 290 metres above sea level, generally having a south westerly aspect in mid Carmarthenshire. the land has been extensively grazed in recent years in need of some improvement to bring it back to its agricultural productivity or in our opinion ideal for tree planting/afforestation.

The land is accessed from a council maintained no through roadway with a hard based track running through part of the land with some low level fields to begin with with further steeper fields rising to a level plateau at the highest point.
