The Managing Director of Property First, has more than fifteen year's property market experience in private, public sector, and corporate areas. We have extensive knowledge and experience in the local property market, providing expertise and advice on a range of property services to include acquisition services both for investment and own occupation, full management services, lettings, project management, investment sales and one off residential sales. With our network of professional services you can be assured that you will receive the best advice at all times. We are not estate agents but can offer a bespoke sales service for clients with specialist/investment properties. We offer a sales service along with our management service to ensure maximum yields are achieved for both sales and purchases.
