Development
Emanuel Jones has been involved in a number of large and small commercial development projects. The practice has been instrumental in identifying development sites and providing advice on purchase and potential development opportunities through to letting and finally investment sales. An example of this is Greenmeadow Springs which is an out of town office park located to the North of Cardiff providing consent for over 200,000 sq ft which is being developed in three phases. The first phase of 80,000 sq ft having been completed and fully let or sold.
