Description

Kingsway Shopping Centre is being reimagined by its new owner Niall Leighton-
Boyce. Since its purchase in 2024 10 new independent business have joined the
existing offering. 112 student studios are in construction, due for occupation at the
start of the 2025 academic year.
There is a great inhouse management team on hand to deal with all questions or
issues.

Along with on-going refurbishment and maintenance, a new DDA compliant toilet
block is under construction for shoppers.
There will be various leisure users opening in 2025 on the lower level of the
shopping centre. This area was originally the In Shops and then Wilkos.
We have various size retail units available and are happy to include the service
charge in the rental price. A lot of our spaces are fitted out and ready to go, the local
BID will even pay for your shop sign.
Kingsway works very closely with Newport City Council and can assist in securing
grant funding for various start-up companies at the centre. Please get in touch to find

The centre runs various promotional events throughout the year; Easter, Halloween
& Christmas along with specific events for shop launches.
There is a 1000 space car park with EV charging attached to Kingsway Centre, the
car park is operated by Newport City Council who subsidise the parking. Along with
