With the completion of that contract the firm decided to focus on their expanding commercial agency business, professional services and property management.. In November 2016 the company moved into a new and exciting phase of development by joining forces with Sibley Pares Chartered Surveyors a well established and successful firm of Chartered Surveyors and residential and commercial estate agents based in Maidstone. In February 2017 the firm began trading under the name of Sibley Pares (Taylor Riley) Ltd.
