Leasemethod Management Limited was established over fifteen years ago to manage and run the property portfolio of our associate investment companies.

The group now owns a portfolio of residential and commercial property in Birmingham to the value of approximately £20 million. These properties range from city centre apartments on a short stay basis to houses and flats on Assured Shorthold Tenancies for sixth months to a year and more to offices, shops and restaurants.

Through its own construction company, our group buys and refurbishes buildings on a continuous basis, we are always looking for new opportunities to expand the business lines both locally and nationally -

Serviced Apartments - fully furnished stylish apartments available for one night to a year

Residential Accommodation - long term residential property available for six or twelve months

Commercial Developments - commercial property including offices, restaurants and shops
