The Business - The current owner purchased the property in 2011 to run alongside other business interests. The business now has an excellent reputation for quality locally sourced food as well as healthy wet sales from locals and tourists alike. This inn is a lively and popular venue and benefits from attracting and maintaining a range of customer types.

Advised turnover for year ending April 2018 and 2019 was £216, 000 and £230, 000 (excluding VAT) split 70% wet and 30% food. Gross profit range between 45% and 48%

We believe that there is plenty of scope to build on the ongoing success, notably in developing the restaurant business and in establishing daytime lunches. The current owner believes that this can be achieved with the right tenant, ideally a business partnership or couple who are able to devote themselves to the business.
