AMENITIES
Equipment and Services
The landlord is proprietor to the Roses Country Fayre garden centre, he would be willing to offer consultancy and management services. Equipment available will include; potting peter machine, hopper and elevator, mayer tray filler and planting belt, JCB 520.50 compact telehandler, complete with forks, bucket, man cage, portable trolley and dosatron (fertilizer injector).
It is envisaged that the garden centre would purchase finished plants from the nursery subject to mutual agreement.

SERVICES
Irrigation water via borehole (mains water is available, not connected), electricity three-phase mains electric is available, the majority of the nursery runs on single-phase electricity. Foul water drainage is mains.

TERMS
TENURE
7 year lease is offered, annual rent £15,000 per annum, subject to a 3% annual increase in rent.
