The property is located off Cherry Holt Road, the industrial area off the bypass on the edge of Bourne.

Bourne is a market town and civil parish in the South Kesteven district of Lincolnshire. Situated on the eastern slopes of the Kesteven Uplands and the western edge of the Lincolnshire Fens.
