The office, it\u2019s now clear, is making a post-pandemic come back. According to Rightmove\u2019s latest Quarterly Commercial Insights Tracker<\/a>, covering the first quarter of the year, demand for office space in the UK was 19% higher in Q1 than in the same period in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Manchester, the latest research from Savills<\/a> shows that take up in the city reached 1.22 million sq ft in 2024, reflecting a 29% increase on 2023, and sits 17% higher than the five-year annual average.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe saw a steady increase in activity across the Manchester office market throughout Q4, which has continued into 2025 as a result of occupiers implementing plans to relocate and expand,\u201d says Richard Lowe, office agency director at Savills Manchester. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s a selection of some of the best office spaces currently available in Manchester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
