HOW IT WORKS:-
Each apartment has the balance of the 125-year lease and there is a nominal ground rent of approx. £300 each year,which is fixed for 15 years, plus a Service Charge. The Service Charge covers multiple aspects such as the cost of all our staff, building maintenance, buildings insurance, cleaning of the communal areas and 1 ½ hours each week for individual apartment house-keeping or, personal care. Additional assistance or personal care is available through tailored, flexible, service packages with our fully qualified CQC registered carers on site here 24 hours 7 days a week.
