Local Shopping

There is a large Co-op situated in Broadclyst only about a 5-minute drive from the development. The lovely village of Ottery St Mary with a
Sainsburys, banks, butchers, chemist and two Indian restaurants amongst other
quirky little shops, isn't too far away. If you need a large Tesco
superstore there's one at Clyst Heath, Exeter or there is online
grocery shopping facilities.

Two new primary schools and a new secondary school will be provided
through the duration of the development with the first primary school in
