About the Development

Just five miles from the university city of Cambridge, Hauxton is an historic village with a proud heritage dating back over two thousand years. Located on the banks of the river Cam, and surrounded by miles of open Cambridgeshire countryside, dotted with friendly villages, this is a truly idyllic place in which to set up home and raise your family.
