We work with our landlords to provide a pet friendly let on as many properties as possible, however it is inevitable that some landlords are unable to accept pets of any kind at a property but with additional paperwork and deposits, we have been able to successfully secure tenancies for pet owners. On 11 February 2015, we received this internal email:

"Who's in...? On June 13th there will be a mud run in aid of Cancer Research at Trentham Gardens. It is run by Race for Life but this year there is a twist, there will be LOADS of mud involved. We will be donning 'Team Belvoir' T-shirts, supplied by Jo and Adrian, with the cheerleaders jumping around with matching pom-poms."

Well, what could we say? So, the girls from our Stafford and Stone offices will be taking part in the Race for Life Mud Run on 13th June 2015 at Trentham to raise money for Cancer Research. Testimonials from Landlords

    • Landlord Testimonial

They have always been available to offer advice
Mrs R, Nr Stafford - I have used Belvoirs services for over 8 years now and never experienced a void of over 2.5 weeks. I have several properties which they have always successfully rented out for me, they have always been available to offer advice and support to me and they are both a conscientious and efficient letting business who are mindful of both the landlord and tenant.
    • Landlord Testimonial

I would definitely recommend you over competitors.
Mr S, London - In the 12 months that you have managed the property, you have added more value than your predecessor did in three years. What I appreciated the most was that as a landlord, you speak to the local team that manage your property, promises are always kept, you get competitive pricing with quality backup, there are good levels of communication when needed, excellent management of exit of tenant and pro-active when dealing with any dilapidation issues and most of all, friendly people! I would definitely recommend you over any of your local competitors.
    • Landlord Testimonial

      I am very grateful.
A thankful meter man - thanks for being so helpful and going out of your way to help me do my job. I've never been so thankful and have never met anyone that has used a lunch break on something so trivial, just so I could sort out the meters. Most people would not have done what you did so thanks, I am very grateful.
    • Landlord Testimonial

I am so grateful to Carole, and appreciate her
Mrs J, Stone - I brought a property, a bungalow, in Stone whilst I was resident in the US several years ago with the full intention of renting it - supplementing my pension when I retired. My sister was, on my behalf, the viewer, negotiator, and the reason I use your company to oversee its rental. In the past two years, since I returned to England, I have had many reasons to deal with Carole. I want you to know how grateful I am to her. She is always a cheerful, efficient and thoughtful lady. She has made helpful suggestions on many occasions and put me in contact with the right people. She handled a situation that I was unable to do myself - simply because I have not been resident in the UK for over 30 years, and much has changed. In doing so she saved me a considerable sum of money. I am sure both you and Julie already know what gem you have working at the Stone Branch, I wanted you both to know how much I appreciate her.
