    Our lettings department works proactively to ensure that we find the best quality tenants and achieve the best possible rents and terms for landlords.     Chestertons won 'lettings agency of the year' 2020 at the prestigious RESI Awards, organised by the biggest property industry publication, Property Week.

    Chestertons Connect - the online lettings portal - has more recently been introduced to improve and speed up the tenancy process for both landlords and tenants. This online platform, on which both parties are seamlessly able to carry out the entire tenancy process - includes: agreeing terms; loading up relevant documentation; referencing; signing tenancy agreement; making financial transactions.

    Each of our experienced, ARLA qualified lettings teams are experts in London's lettings market and are always up-to-date with the changes in legislation, which continue to affect our clients. Meet our team in Battersea Rise

    Our Battersea Rise office is one of two Chestertons branches in the area, giving clients greater exposure when letting their property, and those looking to buy or rent, a larger scope of options.

    With all of the staff at the office living in Battersea or surrounding areas (Clapham), they have a great depth of knowledge and understanding of the market conditions, and the area. This allows them to meet the needs of their clients very easily, whether that be the perfect home or the perfect buyers/tenants.


    Gary Noone, Associate Manager, graduated University with a degree in Psychology, and has since been in the lettings industry from 2011, starting his career as a negotiator in Earls Court. Since joining Chestertons in early 2015, he has focused on SW London and became one of the top fee earners in the company. Gary now heads up the lettings department in Battersea and Clapham and prides himself on good customer service.

    The office supports St Mungo's Homeless Charity and are active supporters of the annual "Calling London" coat drive that encourages clients to hand in coats to local offices that are then distributed to London's most vulnerable.
