    Established in 2004, City Docklands has specialised in residential lettings and property management, providing landlords with a dynamic, professional and, above all, personal service.

    We have a great team ready to help you with all your property requirements, whether you are a new or experienced landlord or are looking to rent a home.

    Unlike a lot of lettings agents, we charge fees on a monthly basis so our Landlords see income from their investment immediately.

    We work to the highest professional standards and are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, ARLA Propertymark and we are regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

    We work with a broad range of private and corporate tenants, from graduates to company directors and diplomats, they come to us knowing their requirements will be dealt with in the strictest confidence and with the utmost professionalism.

    Landlords often request corporate tenants for their properties as they are aware that rent is paid in full, on time and more often than not their rental return is maximised. Furthermore, properties let to corporate tenants are nearly always extremely well maintained and looked after as the occupants stay in the property is a reflection of the company itself. Our experience also shows that our corporate tenants are often contracted to work in London for several years, minimising the risk of a void period for our landlords.
