    We are pleased to be able to offer Landlords three different service levels:

    · Tenant Find Service - we take care of finding your perfect tenant, referencing them to the highest industry standard, produce a comprehensive tenancy agreement, and protect the deposit in a government approved scheme

    · Rent Collection Service - Everything included in the Tenant Find service but in addition we will demand the rent each time it is due and swiftly send monies through to the Landlord, issue regular statements and chase late rent payments and issue relevant notices in the unlikely event that payment is not received on the due date.

    · Full Management Service- Our most comprehensive service. In addition to everything contained within our Tenant Find and Rent Collection Services we will also carry out regular property inspections, arrange maintenance works using trusted and vetted expert contractors, pay invoices and issue statements showing income and expenditure.

    Email Mike Turner is Head of our Residential Lettings Department across all four of the Homes Offices. Mike, who lives in Clanfield with his wife, Rachel, and young son, Henri, brings with him huge experience and skill within the lettings industry and epitomises the expression of 'going the extra mile' for our Clients. Mike has tremendous focus on providing a seamless, professional and detailed service and is acknowledged as being an energetic and enthusiastic team player and always looking out for the best interests of both our Landlord and Tenant Clients.

    Rosie Wallace - Client Advisor
    Email Rosie Wallace is our regional Lettings Client Advisor, based in our Alton office. A firm fixture of the Alton team with an energetic personality, she is the 'go to' person for all enquiries from both tenants and landlords. Having grown up in Alresford, Rosie has spent much time travelling, most noticeably in Australia where she was engaged in a variety of life-building roles. Since returning to the UK, she has gone back to her roots to Alresford where she now lives with her family.

When not at work, Lewis likes to spend his spare time watching his beloved Tottenham Hotspur or on the golf course.

    Mandy Ellis - Lettings Administrator
    Email Mandy is a true local girl, having spent all her life in and around the Liphook area. She is fantastically organised and as our Sales Administrator in Liphook as well as our Lettings Administrator, there's not much which escapes her administrative involvement in either department! Again, an outdoor type with dogs and horses featuring high on her list of out of work commitments! Mandy and her family are heavily involved with local events such as Liphook in Bloom and the annual carnival.
