    • Our Services At A Glance

      We have three levels of service that we offer our potential landlords. Your choice is dependent on how much input you as a landlord wish to have in the letting of your property.

      GOLD

      This is our fully managed service which we offer for those landlords who are looking to have all the hassle taken away. All the items in both the Bronze and Silver services are included however we also include the following items:

      • Two inspections throughout the tenancy
      • Handling of the deposit deductions and repayments
      • Management of all maintenance issues up to £250.00.
      • Upfront payment of bills up to £250,000
      • Co-ordinating repairs with the landlord and tenant.

      SILVER

      This is the In House version of rent collection and is suitable for the landlord who wishes to have some involvement in the tenancy. Unlike the bronze tenancy, the tenant would report any maintenance issues to us and we would then advise. You can however opt for all your tenants to have your contact details should you so wish. You would then action any repairs that have been reported. Other than maintenance, we at In House would carry out everything covered in a Bronze tenancy and also include the items below.

      • Collection and allocation of deposit to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
      • Monthly rent collection
      • Monthly landlord account statements
      • Complying with Money Laundering Act 2003
      • Following up of any late rental
      • Point of contact between landlord and tenant
      • Mid-term inspection for a 12 month let.
      • Tenant Check Out.

      BRONZE

      This service is for landlords who like to be very hands on regarding the tenancies in their property. The tenant would contact you direct for any maintenance issues throughout the tenancy. You would also have the rental paid directly into your account (at the set up of the tenancy, you would need to register your tenants deposit with a government funding scheme.) We can of course help you with any advise throughout the process and are on hand should you have any questions.

      This is our tenant find only scheme. Here at In House, we carry out the following for you:-
