    Jon established the business in 2004 and spends his time equally between the Newark and Grantham offices. He has a very 'hands on approach' and therefore continues to conduct a significant number of valuations and viewings. In his spare time, Jon can be seen (often wearing outlandish trousers) hacking his way around the local golf course!
