Anna is the owner and valuer at Key2go, and most importantly the first person you will meet in the process of selling or renting your home.

She began her career at AVIVA (formerly Norwich Union) in financial services, and subsequently joined an IFA practice where she qualified as a mortgage adviser. In 2006 Anna joined Keypoint Mortgage Solutions where she worked alongside her husband, Richard Martin.

Anna worked extremely hard to gain extensive knowledge and understanding of the local housing market as well as obtaining her Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property and Residential Letting & Property Management. Anna became involved in the running of Key2go in 2012. Using her extensive knowledge and excellent customer relations, she has helped grow Key2go into one of the top estate agents in our area.

Anna brings a cheerful enthusiasm as well as efficiency and professionalism to the business. When given time to relax, Anna likes reading, going to the cinema, running and the occasional spa break.

Richard is the owner and driving force behind Key2go. He is passionate about his business, and with a keen eye for attention to detail, is responsible for managing the team on a daily basis.

Richards career began working for the international accountancy practice, PricewaterhouseCoopers where, in 2001, he qualified in record time as a financial adviser. Richards career qualifications and sound business knowledge led him to set up his own mortgage practice in 2004. Since then, he has spent his time in the mortgage industry and has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the property and mortgage markets.

Richard is one of the in-house mortgage advisers here at Key2go. As well as being director of the business, he ensures to drive the ethos of Key2go within the team, and he is extremely proud of all our achievements and the success of the business.

It's not all work! Outside of business hours, Richard enjoys spending time with my family, especially his children, the occasional drink with friends and meals out with his wife. He loves music and Formula 1.

Becky joined the Key2go family in June 2021. Becky has worked within the Lettings industry for a number of years and with this has a great knowledge of Sheffield the local housing market. Becky has recently taken on a new role as a property valuer. So you may see her on viewings, taking photographs or valuing properties!

Holly has been with the business since 2013 and initially started as an apprentice here at Key2go. Growing up in the area, Holly has an immense knowledge of the local housing market and after completing her technical award in the Sale of Residential Property back in 2016, made the move from sales to valuing properties.

Gemma joined the Key2go team as our Lettings Manager in October 2022. She has spent many years within the letting industry and has a genuine passion for people and property. Out of work, she can be found walking or in the gym trying to get her steps in.

Chelsea has been a part of the lettings team here at Key2go since 2015 and has a wealth of experience in all areas of the industry. With a true passion for customer service, her favourite part of the job is speaking to new tenants and landlords.

Emma became a member of the Key2go team in the summer of 2016, having spent the last 10 years as a lettings manager for a small agency working daily with students and professionals.

Lorna is our front of house and the first person you will meet when you visit Key2go. She joined Key2go in January 2017 and works alongside our sales team. Lorna is responsible for the smooth running of the office and you are likely to speak to her if you want to book a viewing or make an offer. 

Beth joined Key2go in February 2021. She works within the sales team alongside Lorna and Elise. Her role is to provide all clients with a friendly and professional approach when dealing with property sales. Before working at Key2go, Beth studied Business Studies, Sociology and Law, from there she spent 3 years working as a mortgage administrator and completed a level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. 

Elise is the newest member of our sales team, working alongside our property consultant Beth and Lorna. Joining our family in 2024 after deciding a career change from being a claims handler was the way forward.

Prior to starting her role at Key2go, Freya worked in Education, however, realised it wasn't what she wanted to continue a career in. She has always been interested in digital marketing, properties, and the housing market, so this role is the perfect fit for her!! She will be studying towards a Level 3 Diploma in Digital marketing and will be assisting sales and lettings, ensuring your properties are getting as much exposure as possible. Being local to Mosborough, Freya has a wide knowledge of the area.

When we talk about family run, family is exactly what we mean. Geoff is the father of our Director Richard Martin. Being a retired police man and former business owner, Geoff joined the team in 2014 and helps out with any out of office appointments he can. From inspections and inventories to viewings and photos, Geoff is our very own in house Domestic Energy Assessor, carrying out all our EPCs and making the Key2go service as efficient as possible.

With a full knowledge of property and a history of the law, Geoff helps out all the staff here at Key2go with any issues that may arise.

Geoff loves to spend his spare time in the pub and loves anything to do with cars. Geoff loves to travel and has visited many countries and is always planning his next venture.

Sean carries out accompanied viewings and rental inspections. Outside of work he is interested in motorbikes and gardening.

Marnie is the most recent member to join our team in 2017. She keeps the staff happy with plenty of hugs and licks. She's great at eating left overs and emptying the bins.

Outside of work she loves spending time with her family, especially her sister Princess the Chihuahua. She loves going for long walks in the country and watching TV, especially programmes with animals!
