    Before you move in
    Before applying for a property please ensure all applicants read through the lettings procedure to check the referencing criteria is met.

    You must read through the tenancy agreement and fill in the application form and return this to us by email enquires@langtownandcountry.com or in person to our lettings office based at Mannamead Road.

    All documents can be found on our website www.langtownandcountry.com 

    Once your application form has been received this will be put forward to the landlord. If you are successful you will be required to pay a holding deposit (equivalent to one weeks rent). Your referencing will then be submitted to Rentshield.

    During your Tenancy

    Where your property is managed by an Agent, during the tenancy you will inform your property manager of any maintenance and repairs required.

    The agency will usually conduct routine inspections which will be forwarded to the landlord updating them on how the property is being maintained.

    Should you have any problems or questions during your tenancy, your property manager will be able to attend to these. If the Agent has been instructed on a tenant find basis, upon completion of the tenancy agreement you will liaise directly with your landlord with regards to rental payments and repairs.
