Once a property has been selected, an administration fee will be required (see schedule of charges below). Application forms will be issued.
The Next Stage
Your application form will be processed. Once the referencing is complete, we will email confirmation of the tenancy details. The agreement will be drawn up and you will be asked to make an appointment to sign your contract, collect keys and other documentation relating to the tenancy.
Please note in the event of the tenancy not proceeding, the administration fee will not be refunded.
We will draw up the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for either 6 or 12 months.
The rent will be due in advance to taking the property, and paid from the start date.
Deposits are calculated at 1 ½ times the monthly rental. This will also be due in advance and will be held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
CLEARED FUNDS: BANK TRANSFER OR CASH ONLY
We strongly advise tenants to take out Contents and accidental damage insurance.
Let Solutions Ltd will notify the relevant authority and utility companies of tenant details at check-in & check-out.
Late Payment Fee
If an applicant wishes to reserve a property for more than twenty eight days from the reservation date (the date they pay the administration fee) they will be asked to pay the equivalent of one month's rent in advance. This money will be non-refundable if the applicant withdraws from the application process at any stage.
