    Our Christchurch branch is our newest office, situated in one of the town's most prominent locations.

    On the corner of High Street and Pound Lane it has a large window display that offers fantastic coverage to promote properties and is highly visible to the public.

    Saxe Coburg's CEO Maximillian De Kment commented 'When we saw the office space was available we thought it would compliment our other offices perfectly. It now gives us complete coverage along the coast from Christchurch through to Bournemouth and then to Poole.'

    After traveling the world I began as a junior member of the Lettings team in 2006 and have achieved three promotions to my current position as Area Lettings Manager. My key skills are communicating with people, negotiating, matching the right tenants to their ideal property, managing a lettings portfolio and ensuring landlords and tenants experience the very best lettings service. In May 2013 I was lucky enough to be shortlisted for Lettings Manager of the Year Award at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2013 sponsored by Zoopla, The Times and The Sunday Times.

    I started in the Estate Agency world three years ago, originally as a Sales Negotiator.     Jason Dean was born and bred in Bournemouth, although he spent a number of years out of the UK. Most of his working life has been spent as an Entertainer / Presenter, where he has worked for BBC Radio, Sky Television (on a well-known shopping channel) and he has hosted Festival 4 Stars. 

    Jason decided to put his suitcase away and is delighted to return to the world of property.
