    With over thirty years of experience as a local estate agent, covering the eastern Isle of Wight area, Julie is company director, dealing with all aspects of sales and residential lettings. She is a keen runner, having competed in events across the UK, raising thousands of pounds for her chosen charity, the MacMillan Cancer Support. Julie has completed three marathons and will be travelling to New York at the end of this year to participate in a fourth. In her spare time, she has run a children's performing arts school for over 16 years, and seen hundreds of children taking to the stage in shows and performances through out that time. In the last remaining moments of the day, she also enjoys a glass of red wine.

Outside of his estate agency career, Steve enjoys a wealth of activities including freshwater fishing. His love of water extends to a successful involvement in sailing, being an active member of The Island Sailing Club and having participated in hundreds of yacht races including three Fastnet competitions.
