    Out of Hours Services £ any costs incurred (inc VAT) - Where actions of the tenant results in the agent (or nominated

    Sandra started as a Saturday assistant over 10 years ago and was asked to join us more permanently at a higher level due to her capabilities and now undertakes property visits to our managed properties, reporting back to landlords with any issues she notices or are raised by the tenants. She also arranges the renewals of ongoing tenancies for both landlord and tenant.
