    Without Rightmove the property market would really struggle to move the way it does at the moment. Your property will be listed on Rightmove the day we take the measurements and photos. We also use Social Media to promote your property. Social Media is a huge force now that people use in everyday life to simply communicate with one another. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, You Tube and our own website will be fully utilised. We also make use of our mailing list and identify potential purchasers that have registered their details and preferences with us. We will place a For Sale board outside your property and with our logo and design, these boards stand out. This is a constant marketing tool that is on show 24/7.

    You will recieve a PDF copy of your property particulars by email on the day we take your property on. This will include floor plans as standard and an EPC Certificate where possible, a legal requirement of selling a house.

Buying Your New Home

    When it comes to buying a home, most people, if not all, will visit Rightmove first. This will probably be followed by a visit to an agent's website. All our properties are listed on Rightmove, our website and various Social Media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and You Tube.

    We have our own internal mailing to list identify potential purchasers of new properties coming to the market, in some instances before they are advertised. We work actively to match potential purchasers with vendors and give both our buyers and our sellers an often and very welcome head start.

    We aim to make the whole process of buying a house as straightforward as possible and as such we work with carefully selected partners that could help you.     When you have found a property you wish to view, simply give us a call. Even on a Sunday. We are open 24/7 and happy to take your call.
    If, after viewing the property, you decide to make an offer, this will be submitted immediately to the vendor to approve or decline. Through the entire buying process, our friendly staff are here to help you with anything you may need. We then work with you and the vendor right through to exchange of contracts.
