    We have been trading successfully in the Swindon since it was founded in 2003 as ATC Lettings. During our development we have established a broad base of managed properties. These range from individual rooms through to 5 bedroomed executive homes predominately throughout the SN postcodes, however we have the capability to market properties anywhere in the UK.

    All Moovahome staff are experienced in the property field, each member brings to the table different skill sets creating what we feel is a unique and strong team working on your property. We each pride ourselves on ensuring that all properties, within our portfolio, are of a consistently high standard. We continually strive to ensure Moovahome is run and managed in a highly professional manner, with communication and detail key to our success.

    We are able to advise on all aspects of the lettings business. This includes working with landlords who are just starting out in the property investment field, to working with landlords who own numerous properties, many of our clients own large portfolios that they have trusted us to have managed for many years.

    We have close links with associates within the property business, enabling us to advise not only on lettings but also on potential 'Buy to Let' investment opportunities and also have a sister company offering home sales. Other services include commercial management and block management.

    Our services are flexible and tailor made to the individual requirements of each client. We are always happy to consider new projects, and we pride ourselves on our methods of working and marketing your property.

    Renting from Moovahome is simple...

    Private Tenancies
    All of our available properties are currently on this site and can be viewed by clicking on the above tab 'View Properties', Click the picture and the full advert will open up. We regularly update our site, but should we not have anything that suits your taste currently, please email the team at lettings@moovahome.co.uk and we endeavour to find a home that is right for you.

    Once you have found a property that you like on our site, please click 'Email Agent' to let us know that you are interested. We try to contact all prospective tenants within an hour of interest, however if you would like an instant answer please call our office on 01793 512345 (Option 1) for more information or to book a viewing. Viewings are always attended by a Moovahome staff member, viewings are carried out 7 days a week, however weekend viewings need to be booked in advance by the Friday. Our staff never 'hard sell' a tenancy and all tenants are given time to decide whether the property is right for them. Once you are happy to proceed, we would require an admin fee of £240.00 (£200 + VAT) per tenancy for up to 2 adults. Full details including what we check etc is given to you on the viewing and applications are all via our website.
    Please note our single room admin rate is £100 + VAT.

    Housing Benefit
    Please note all Housing Benefit applications are subject to individual landlord approval.

    Emergencies/Lock Outs
    We charge tenants £50 + vat to attend a call out when outside of our office hours. This service is not guaranteed and is subject to staff availability.

    The team at Moovahome have all been pulled together due to their work ethic, communication skills and love of Property. They all specialise in different arears of the business but support each other to offer a great service to both tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. 

    The team will always treat a landlord who has one property with us to the more serious portfolio owners who can own 40 + properties. 

    With our spacious open plan offices at Ergo Business Park, we are always ready to put on the kettle and chat to clients.

    Ashley Cain - Owner/Director
    Started his Career at Regus Business Centres, he moved to his childhood town of Swindon in 2003 to start the business. Starting with 16 properties, a credit card for his wages, Ash has built the business into what it is today. 15 years on, he remains at the front of the business and is a firm believer in communication, standards and hard work. On call throughout, he still gets a buzz from a sale, a let or an investment meeting with a client.

    Alex Salsbury - Head of Sales
    Alex joined the team in 2013 fresh from successfully completing a business degree at University. Having worked in the lettings team for a few years, Alex took on full control of the Sales side at Moovahome.  Alex's skill set include a beautiful understanding of the English Language, and is a whizz at the editing of adverts. Weekly newspaper adverts and marketing ideas are often being thrown around the office by Alex.

    Kym joined the team in 2018, coming from a background in Customer Service and Property. Kym's main role to date is to systemise the lettings procedures in the business and manage the lettings team. Kym also carries our regular reviews of our clients portfolios to ensure value for money.

    Pauline Minton - Accounts Manager
    Pauline has been with the Company since 2009, bringing her invaluable 30 years' experience in a variety of accounts related roles in the Swindon area. Pauline works alongside our companies accountant and has overall control of the day to day processing of rents, working closely with landlords/tradesman and tenants. Pauline undertakes accounts on a daily basis meaning our clients get their rents daily not monthly enhancing their cash flow. Pauline is dependable, contactable and very good at communicating.
