* Obtaining a dilapidation deposit and first month’s rent (minus our costs and fee)
* Rent collection and monthly payment into your account
* Monthly statement of your account
* Property inspections every three to four months

With a background in hotel management and consumer finance, Logan set up Park Lane Properties in 1986, in part because no existing property management company was able to handle his own property portfolio to his satisfaction! He relishes the role of bringing landlords and tenants together in a harmonious, and profitable, relationship. Outside of work his main passions are motorcycling and boating, although he flatly denies any obsession with leather or water. Logan is also unique in regarding himself as a potential amateur actor.
Cathy is likely to be your first point of contact at Park Lane Properties, where she has made the smooth administration of the property portfolio into an art form. Totally unflappable, she has no concept of the word `crisis`. Cathy and Logan are partners in the real world too and she is rumoured to regard work as a welcome relief from the frantic pace of her domestic life.
