Wayne County has recently been awarded $25.9 Million towards stabilizing existing neighborhoods that are earmarked for stabilization. Stabilization involves demolition, urban greening and providing safe, secure, energy efficient, above-par housing for people.

The Detroit Realty Group with its relationships at the city and county level has determined the neighborhoods and areas that are going to be receiving a lot of grants.
