      Honesty, local knowledge, fair fee
      We met with a number of estate agents for valuations after deciding to list our property - and decided to go to market with Patrick Williams following initially meeting Karen. Key reasons were honesty (and not a 'sales job' like some larger chains), realistic market valuation, local area knowledge, a fair fee and knowing who we'd be dealing with day to day in the local branch. Once paperwork had been agreed, the property imagery and promotional materials were quickly produced, and within a few days the property was on the market. We received a full asking price bid within less than a week which we accepted - following a large number of viewings. It's also worth noting potential buyers were always accompanied by either Karen or Nicola - which was reassuring for us from a selling standpoint, but I'd imagine also from a prospective buyer standpoint too as they were well placed to answer questions on the spot.From that point, Nicola was our key point of contact, and did a great job keeping us informed of progress and up to date with developments. Our buyers were inexperienced first time buyers, so needed an additional level of support which Nicola provided for them. And in turn, Nicola also kept the buying process moving whilst triaging the buyers and respective solicitors (and fielding the odd progress call from me as well!).The sale went through smoothly. I'm pleased we chose Patrick Williams to list our property and would highly recommend them
